Great location near the city center and easy to find. The hotel had a homely vibe with comfortable beds and an attentive staff. The room was clean and the Wi-Fi was strong. They offer a great restaurant, with a lot of local Italian cuisine. The outdoor garden area is charming and perfect for relaxing.

There was no elevator, which made it tough to walk up the stairs with our heavy luggage. The bathroom was small and old-fashioned. The towels and linens were not very clean, and the room was noisy due to traffic outside. The parking area was also not very organized, and it was hard to find a spot.

Room Service and Customer Service were the best aspects of our stay. The staff was attentive and accommodating, always willing to help. The location was also great, just a short distance from the city center and main attractions. we really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, it was delicious!
